All grades - Message from Principal Time: 4:30-5:00
Grade 6 Time: 5:00-5:45 (First 15 min AP, Guidance, Deans)
Grade 7 Time: 5:45-6:30 (First 15 min AP, Guidance, Deans)
Grade 8 Time: 6:30-7:15 (First 15 min AP, Guidance, Deans)
Encore Teachers: 7:15-8:00 (Foreign Language, Phys. Ed., S.T.E.M., Health, Chorus, Band, Art)
1- Only enter the Zoom Meeting at the designated time for your child’s grade
You will be sent to a breakout room at the start of the session and your child's teachers will enter the room Please do not be late to the rooms
2- All meetings will begin promptly
3- Parents/Guardian must know their child’s homeroom number (for example 601)
The room holds a maximum of 300 participants (no teachers during 6:40-6:55). Recorded message from principal will be provided on school website
4- At the end of the grade session families will ‘Leave’ the meeting to allow the next grade
